In 2023, Weifang Kaisheng Group invested in Weifang Dongchao Plastics, renamed Weifang Sipu Polymer Materials Co., Ltd., and began expanding production. The company plans to have 56 PVC hose production lines with an annual production capacity of 15000 tons.
In June 2023, the construction of the product research and development sales office building began.
